We specialize in art and entertainment based design and fabrication including theater, TV, Film, Festivals, sculptures, installations, and more. We also provide custom fabrication for experiential marketing as well as the building arts. Our website is currently under construction. Job Summary

Position Type – Full-Time

Reports to – Chief Operations Officer (COO) 

Pay – minimum $20 hourly

Benefits – Health Insurance and 401k after qualifying period


  • Participates in all meetings and takes notes and distributes as needed

  • Participates in email exchanges with clients per direction

  • Updates company overall schedule information per COO

  • Updates company PM software per COO based on PM feedback

  • Participates in product research

  • Participates in development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company structure, and business documents per COO and Chief Business Officer (CBO)

  • Runs errands as needed (post office, shopping, meals, etc.)

  • Assists COO in proposals, file storage, and organization

  • Works with COO and CBO to confirm all invoices have been submitted and coded appropriately

  • Assists with job postings and interview process

  • Coordinate meals for team as needed

  • Acts as liason with facilities vendors (IT, security, etc.)

  • Assists with shipping per COO when necessary

  • Assists with purchasing for project managers and COO and CBO

  • Assists with timesheet and payroll tracking

  • Assists with managing overhire and vendor lists

  • Works with vendors to keep material pricing sheets up to date per COO


  • Must have a car and able to drive (mileage is reimbursed)

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Must have good written communication skills

  • Must be diligent about time, schedules, and follow ups


  • Experience in live entertainment or events

  • Experience with AutoCAD

  • Experience with Asana or other Project Management Software
